Full Sail University - Is It Worth It?

So your son or daughter is just about to graduate high school and they are looking for a good college to go to.  Maybe you’re looking for a good place to further your education.  Whatever your situation is, you're reading this for a reason.  I am currently a Full Sail student and live in Winter Park, FL.  I am 18 years old and I’m from New Jersey.  I came to Full Sail about a week after I graduated high school.  I left everything a teenager could ever dream of to come to this school.  I had a car, I got straight A’s, had a steady job with benefits, a trustworthy girlfriend, and a group of family and friends that could never be replaced.  I was living the life.  One thing I had the most was the drive to do something amazing.  Full Sail for me seemed like the place that I could unleash that motivation and drive.
Instead of bragging about what degree I’m in, or what I learned so far like every other peace of external information about Full Sail on the internet, I am going to tell you all about the school and if it is truly worth it.  First off, you must always remember that anything in the media industry; movies, audio, graphics, all have something in common.  That is the simple fact that they are all very expensive.  Understand that?...Good.  This school is expensive.  You come here to get in an expensive industry so there should be no reason to complain about the cost.  One thing I want to also point out is that Full Sail is in no way a SCAM.  They give you everything you need from the ground up to be absolutely phenomenal in your industry.  That being said, to get the most for your money, you must get as much as possible out of this school as you can.  Everyday the teachers even remind you, they say “If you have a question, raise your hand and ask it.  You would be a fool to pay $70,000 for a education and not ask about something that you don’t understand.”
Now the real question here is, is Full Sail University worth it?  Well now that we already solved the money issue, lets reassemble this question.  I think the real question is, are you right for Full Sail University?  The way I would answer this question is simple.  Look at what you do every day.  Think about what you did in the past week.  If you did anything related to the industry you will study at Full Sail for more than 10 hours this week, this school MAY be good for you.  Now someone reading this is a parent.  Look at what your kid is doing.  Are they running sound at the local coffee shop? Are they designing cool little video games on your computer?  Did they tell you the percentage of marriages that divorce before reaching 10 years?  Do they draw the most amazing portraits and hang them on the wall?  Are they winning local talent shows, and impressing people?  They are!? SEND THEM HERE!
This school is real world education.  They tell you whats up.  They are really here to help you.  Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.  There is no better place than here to help me focus and get my work done.  To parents, this is a place that will turn your little boy into a man, turn your daughter into a woman, and will help completely skip the immature party life at college.  This school is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to work.  Please tell me what you think of Full Sail University.  Thanks.
